For years I’ve trained people to ‘replace’ me. Oddly enough, only a small number of people were willing to adhere to the lessons for growth. It may seem as if the reveal of the responsibilities are bigger than the title. This is true and that’s what makes it so special. Leadership comes from the inside of you not your office.
